JOB SUMMARY

Job Description: This role is crucial in making sure production has been allocated the required inventory in order to efficiently produce parts.
Ideally You’re Someone Who:
· Understands and lives our values of people, purpose and passion
· Understands the flow of inventory, discrepancies and warehousing
· Works well in a team environment
· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· Experience with ERP systems is preferred
· Clear written and verbal communication that ensures both safety and accuracy in all aspects of job performance
· Has a forklift license or experience (training provided)
· Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift, turn, twist, reach; occasionally be able to lift up to 25kgs.
· The ability and willingness to learn procedures for upholding the company’s quality and safety standards.
· Natural organization skills; able to effectively manage time and energy, respecting deadlines and responding appropriately when urgency is needed.
What You’ll Be Doing Everyday:
· Follow all Safety procedures/practices; Reporting any hazards, injuries, and incidents (including near misses); Working in a safe manner at all times.
· Ensure machines have the required inventory to run the scheduled job
· Follow Work Orders per the production schedule to allocate inventory in IQMS (Manufacturing ERP software)
· Work with Planning, Supply Chain, Production and other shifts to communicate priorities and issues
· Verify inventory discrepancies and make adjustments in IQMS
· Verify paper work for production jobs
· Work with and support Material Handlers to follow Work Order picklists
· Physical and computer put away of incoming inventory
· Perform monthly inventory counts
· Ensure the warehouse is kept in a clean and organized manner
· Provide coverage to team members while on their breaks
· Work together as a team
· Perform other duties as assigned
