Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the tactical aspects of stakeholder engagement for our projects. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is adept at managing multiple demands and timelines effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare agendas and presentations for stakeholder meetings
  • Manage meeting invitations and logistics for internal and external meetings and workshops
  • Create concise meeting minutes
  • Apply document control processes
  • Manage core project documents, spreadsheets, and templates
  • Maintain up-to-date stakeholder records and engagement activities
  • Support reporting, evaluation, and analysis of stakeholder engagement interactions
  • Collaborate with project team members
  • Ensure effective communication of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams
  • Maintain an accurate audit trail of stakeholder interactions
  • Monitor, analyze, and act on stakeholder feedback
  • Track, coordinate, and manage project tasks to support clients and team leads

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent project coordination experience
  • PMP, IAP2, IABC certifications are advantageous
  • 2+ years’ experience in communications, project coordination, or stakeholder engagement, ideally in a complex environment
  • Previous involvement in community engagement initiatives or public consultations
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in CRM and Document Management applications
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of transit, transportation, architecture, or urban planning is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technical project environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work remotely and on-site at company and client offices
