WSP is looking for a Stakeholder Manager for a major construction project.

Your new role, what’s involved?

  • Liaise with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, Approvals on design and construction related, handover requirements and handover works.
  • Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific design stages handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.
  • Attend weekly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keep track and record all required actions from all Stakeholders and follow up on the progress as required.
  • Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works.
  • Provide handover and stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reports.
  • Inform the Team Leader of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
  • Provide all necessary design direction pertaining to code and procedural compliance and-site direction and work with PM team to complete the handover tasks.
  • Check and measure the performed work in his/her line of work, record and help the Team Leader to display progress vs programmed work.
  • Ensure correctness and completeness of design submission packages, nocs and all related authority’s checklists and documents.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, or a relevant field of study.
  • 10 years of experience in Stakeholder positions on similar construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project design management and leadership abilities.
  • A deep understanding of the required governmental processes to attain NOC, permits and authority approval.
