Compensation: Hourly (paid in equity compensation equivalent to CAD $32-35/hour

  About the Job:
  We are currently seeking a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Specialist for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Are you passionate about technology and looking to make your mark in the industry? Come join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries and create a game-changer in the world of AI. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will be contributing to building SOPs and process improvement efforts. This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship, you’ll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.

• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various departments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of SOPs.
• Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of existing SOPs to enhance clarity and compliance.
• Implement best practices for SOP management and ensure consistency across all documents.
• Support training efforts by creating instructional materials and guides based on SOPs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure all SOPs meet regulatory and compliance standards.
