REQUIREMENTS:
- Third level qualification in Science/Engineering/Manufacturing discipline.
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Daily equipment monitoring and repair ensuring equipment availability to support product testing.
- Ensuring conformance with all relevant Policies and Procedures. Contributing to the creation of Work Instructions and Operations Procedures to maintain compliance.
- Problem solving of test equipment to achieve product quality and production schedule goals. Ensuring that productivity, quality and cost objectives are achieved.
- Maintain planned and unplanned maintenance on test equipment.
- Support stock reviews for Laboratory consumables.
- Co-ordinate and implement process and equipment projects.
- Validation of new processes and development of technical documentation for areas of responsibility.
- Ensuring the department conducts business in a manner designed to be protective of human health, safety and the environment.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management.
