- Experience in social media management, community engagement, or partnership development is a plus.
- Prior experience in building and growing communities (both online and offline) is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Startup Community & Venture Growth Intern (Paid), you will play a vital role in supporting and energising the Reapra community in Australia. This role is designed for individuals passionate about fostering connections, driving meaningful engagement, and contributing to a unique approach to entrepreneurship. You will work alongside the Reapra Australia team to cultivate a thriving network of future industry builders while gaining deep insights into long-term venture-building strategies.
Over time, this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position, taking on more significant responsibilities within community-building, founder pipeline development, and venture-building support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Community Engagement & Support: Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and initiatives designed to foster connection and collaboration within the Reapra Australia community, both online and offline.
- Founder Pipeline Development: Support the identification and cultivation of potential founders within the community, helping them navigate the journey of self-discovery and venture alignment.
- Content Curation & Creation: Contribute to social media content creation and community platforms to enhance visibility, engagement, and awareness of Reapra’s mission and values.
- Partnership Support: Assist in developing and nurturing relationships with like-minded organizations within the Australian startup ecosystem.
- Community Insights: Gather feedback and insights from community members to help inform program development and improve engagement strategies.
- Operational & Logistical Support: Provide support to the Reapra Australia team in managing community logistics, communications, and other operational tasks.
- Self-Exploration & Alignment: Actively engage in self-reflection and explore your own alignment with Reapra’s values and methodology, including participation in internal workshops and discussions related to our unique approach to venture building.
