Responsibilities:
DAILY TASKS
- Serve as the primary lead and point of contact for wholesale customers across South Australia.
- Drive the annual Joint Customer Business Planning process.
- Forecast and manage customer order requirements to meet demand.
- Deliver on budgeted volume, revenue, and GM targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
- Analyse data to identify product gaps, profitability opportunities, and new business prospects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, farming, category, marketing, and NPD teams to achieve business goals.
- Travel to support national events and key business activities as required.
YOU WILL BRING TO THIS ROLE
- Proven frontline sales experience with exposure to major wholesale accounts.
- Strong ability to work autonomously, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse P&L and make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
