Description:
STATE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (BOM)
- Join a supportive team in our Bank of Melbourne Pavilion Bourke St branch or Doncaster Branch
- Permanent full-time position
- Customer service role working with the local community
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a diverse range of leads allocated to you with the aim of supporting existing Bank of Melbourne customer each week to support with retention of the relationship.
- Commitment to follow up on what we say we will
- Act as a point of contact for your portfolio of customers.Time management to ensure 50% of time is spent calling leads
