    About Capral: Capral is Australia’s largest aluminium profile manufacturer and distributor with a national presence. We boast world-class extrusion plants, a broad product range, and strong R&D capabilities.
    Role Overview: We seek a dynamic State Manager to oversee Capral Building Systems’ sales and distribution in Victoria. This role involves developing and executing strategies to meet sales, margin, and profit goals, expanding market share, and steering sales operations and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide Capral’s sales to meet financial and performance
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for existing and new
  • Collaborate with the National Team to enhance sales
  • Manage and train account managers and customer service
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and detailed market
  • Identify and pursue new business
  • Maintain compliance with competition and consumer
  • Uphold and promote high standards for Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E).
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality, and customer

Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive industry knowledge and proven
  • Strong grasp of product profitability, financial principles, and sales
  • Expertise in SAP and supply chain
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, or a related
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Established industry relationships and detailed knowledge of our product range and customer
