Reporting into the National Sales Manager, a fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated, passionate and sales focused State Sales Manager to lead our House & Robins Kitchen Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania Retail Management team. This is a key senior management role for the business, responsible for maximizing sales and driving effective retail operations.

Conduct store visits to enhance performance and assess team skills, providing feedback and training
Meet budget targets for allocated states, maximizing sales and managing wages
Educate Regional Sales and Store Management team on selling techniques and skills improvement
Ensure (Visual Merchandising) store presentation and service standards meet GRBs standards
Identify skill gaps and implement appropriate strategies including coaching and training plans
Ensure all company policies are adhered to in the area of safety within your State
Actively lead and communicate clearly with your Regional Sales Management team and Sales Merchandise Coordinator to achieve goals and carry out initiatives
