HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker, providing insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry. Formed in 1984, HIAIS is as a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
State Manager - NSW
Due to continuous growth and a strong strategic roadmap, we are currently seeking a State Manager to accelerate growth within our New South Wales HIAIS business.
As our NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the state’s business and client retention, new business development, revenue generation, compliance, and growth.
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience within a role similar in the insurance industry.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH WELL-DEVELOPED LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO MAKE SOUND BUSINESS DECISIONS.

  • Demonstrated experience within the Insurance industry (ideally within Building and Construction).
  • Experience in leading a team and working within a National Leadership team.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills.
  • Highly developed skills in engaging with senior stakeholders at an Executive level.
  • CPA Qualifications would be highly regarded.
