You will oversee centre performance across the state, providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to drive high-quality early learning outcomes.

THE ROLE WILL FOCUS ON:

Enable and empower Centre Directors and teams to uplift centre performance.
Develop Team capability and Leadership
Drive State Business Planning and Performance
Foster External Stakeholder Relationships
Early Learning Inclusion
Ensure health, safety, and compliance
