The State Operations Manager is a newly created role that ensures effective operational management of our Centres across Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania. The person who moves into this role will role model and uphold the embedding of our Green Leaves Commitments. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role is part of a dynamic and growing team with decades of sector knowledge and experience. In this role, you can take pleasure in inspiring, mentoring, guiding and supporting a team of Operations Support Managers, Centre Directors and their teams.
