SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of an associate degree is preferred.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
  • Prior operations management experience, preferably in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results and deliverables
  • Process improvement and documentation; Attention to detail; time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Observant, analytical, inquisitive, and attentive.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
  • Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team.
  • Able to understand and follow written/oral instructions.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure the requirements of this position can be fully met.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet with or without mechanical assistance.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

This position is responsible for enhancing the operational procedures, systems, and business processes within the designated state.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, facilitate, and increase communication and efficiency between departments.
  • Coordinate with, report, and make recommendations to senior management to improve operations and drive growth.
  • Monitor daily productivity, implement modifications to improve overall effectiveness of personnel and operations.
  • Assist with system and technology development and implementation.
  • Update standard operating procedures to align with State regulations within the region.
  • Provide training and support to all Trulieve partners in the company and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Identify and target areas in which a business can improve operation
  • Support employee training and development with support of Learning & Development.
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
  • Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations.
  • Visit establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.
  • Other miscellaneous assigned projects and responsibilities as directed.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
