Wells Fargo is looking for a Static Data Specialist to join their team! If you excel at operational tasks and have a keen eye for detail, this role might be for you. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely setup across systems, supporting EMEA CBO static data teams, and monitoring operational risk.
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in tasks such as Deposit Guarantee Scheme monitoring, record management, and business continuity planning. Your ability to manage diverse work streams, prioritize effectively, and contribute ideas for process improvements will be key.

In this role, you will:

  • Adhere to the SSI process, ensuring set up is completed accurately and on time across the relevant systems.
  • Take ownership of the Static Data set up process across any relevant systems as required.
  • Support wider EMEA CBO static data teams as and when required.
  • Ensure Operational Risk is being considered for all tasks completed; any incidents are reported and addressed as required.
  • Carry out all tasks for the Deposit Guarantee Scheme (DGS) monitoring on an ongoing basis and complete all DGS requirements as they arise as per the procedure.
  • Carry out tasks related to Record and Inventory management on behalf of WFBI Operations as per the agreed procedure.
  • Assist with the onboard, off board and access maintenance process for Ops team members.
  • Record and track team members PTO, in line with RASP policy.
  • Assist with the development of the WFBI Operations business continuity plan, specifically, looking at manual workarounds/dependencies and recovery strategies.
  • Ensure the daily task list is completed and deadlines met.
  • Ensure you are fully engaged on any new projects/initiatives as assigned by your manager.
  • Identify ways to improve tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, and offer ideas on trends, workflow, and presentation design.
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational tasks.
  • Assist management with various other ad hoc initiatives & projects as required.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage diverse work streams, ensuring priorities are managed in line with management’s expectations.
  • Display a positive attitude and willingness to assist team members.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Risk issues and proactively work to mitigate.
  • Represent the Operations team through interactions with internal & external stakeholders in a confident and helpful manner.
  • Develop ability to assess items that require escalation, ensuring that communication is clear, factual and executed in a time sensitive manner.
