Responsabilities:
- Work with the Regional Operations Manager to set operational goals, measures and reports results on a timely basis
- Plan and implement station operations and administrative support to meet prescribes productivity and service goals ·
- Prepare performance reports in regard to identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI), budgets and forecasts. Monitor results on an ongoing basis and adjusts operations as required ·
- Ensure payroll is accurately approved and submitted in a timely manner ·
- Provide overall direction, support, coaching and leadership to the team in order to achieve the objectives ·
- Provide an unparalleled employee experience and aligns department and individual efforts to the vision, mission and culture ·
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for the station ·
- Monitor, measure, coach and develop direct reports, provides recognition, evaluate and provide feedback on performance, addresses performance and resolves problems ·
- Lead the team in providing the highest level of customer service, both internally and externally with the goal of continuously improving the customer experience ·
- Lead and promote a culture where health and safety are priorities
Qualifications:
- The candidate must hold minimally a college diploma; ·
- The candidate must possess more than two years of professional experience in the coordination of courier service industry; ·
- The candidate must possess more than two years of professional experience in supervising courier service operations; ·
- The candidate must possess experience in supervising a team operating in the courier service industry;
- Language Requirement : English

Salary :
- 70,000$ to 81,000 $/year
