Responsibilities:

Teys Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Statutory Claims Manager to join our Self-insurance team. Reporting to Teys Group Manager Self-Insurance, you will manage and process a robust compensation claims portfolio across Queensland and South Australia.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate effective and proactive intervention in injury management matters whilst assessing liability, conducting investigation, processing payments, legal referrals and supporting rehabilitation.
You will be required to make informed and unbiased claims decisions and prepare the necessary documentation for different stakeholders such as legal representatives, injured workers, and medical providers. Additionally, you will ensure all legislative requirements are met and certify all internal policies and procedures are aligned contemporary regulations.
