- Minimum 2 years of experience in steel fixing.
- Ability to read and follow construction drawings.
- Familiarity with cutting, bending, and tying reinforcement steel.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Physical fitness to handle heavy materials.

Responsibilities:
- Read and understand structural drawings and specifications.
- Cut, bend, and tie steel bars or mesh to reinforce concrete structures.
- Use hand tools and power tools to shape and install reinforcement.
- Position and secure steel reinforcements using binding wire, spacers, and fasteners.
- Work closely with engineers and site supervisors to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
