JOB SUMMARY

Under direction of the Guest Services/Retail Manager and the Guest Services/Retail Lead(s), the primary responsibilities of our Guest Service/Retail Agents are to deliver outstanding customer service to all STHS clients while ensuring completion of daily Guest Service and Retail duties. These include welcoming all guests to the property, completing waivers and initial onboarding, as well as working in the retail store recommending and assisting guests in purchasing goods.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensure all guest documentation regarding registration, waivers, health and allergy requests are gathered, completed and given to the appropriate team members on a daily basis.
Prepare documents for all departments on a weekly basis pertaining to in-house guests’ groups, dining schedule, etc.
Work in conjunction with the day-heli team to prepare and organize all guest lunch requirements
Ensuring accurate payments for all extra metres and runs skied by STHS guests
Prepare and conduct orientation sessions for new guests upon their arrival, providing an outline of what their package includes and what to expect during their stay.
Management of retail products, merchandising, maintain inventory levels.
Knowledge of retail point of sale system RTP, and regular computer software applications
Working with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction through professional customer service, and efficient communication
Product knowledge in regards to services and programs offered by STHS and RMR
Professional telephone etiquette, message taking and directing phone calls to the appropriate persons.

ABILITIES REQUIRED

Excellent customer service skills
Team oriented but able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be comfortable speaking to the public
Strong organizational skills
Well organized and efficient in time management
Multi-tasking
Previous retail experience
Able to do moderate lifting
Competent computer Skills
Multilingual preferred (German, French, English)
