Stock Administrator in Ellesmere Port, CH65 3AN

  • £12 per hour
  • Monday to Friday from 08:00am until 17:00pm

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A STOCK ADMINISTRATOR:

To manage Arco stock on customer sites. Liaise with customers and account managers in order to maintain high levels of service. To pro-actively look for and report back to Branches / Account Managers potential sales opportunities

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently manage their time to ensure customers sites are visited at agreed dates and times
  • Provide web support for self-managed customers
  • To ensure stocks are counted and accurate data is fed back to the central team for invoicing and replenishment
  • Deliver first class customer service
  • To communicate relevant customer information to the central team
  • To maintain professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site
  • To check replenishment stocks, ensuring accuracy
  • To comply with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of their company vehicle
  • Create and maintain a process manual documenting individual customers requirements and procedures
  • Monitoring stock reports and making proactive suggestions to AM’s and the central team to deal with obsolete, slow moving, overstocked or exit products
  • Completion of weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for logging
  • To ensure that first class customer service is maintained in times of absence and holidays of colleagues
  • Ability to work in the trade counter as required
