As we continue our mission to make people and nature happy through re-inventing chocolate, we’re looking for a Stock and Systems Administrator to join our Stock, Systems and Change Team on a permanent basis.
As a Stock & System Administrator you will be responsible for conducting a schedule of Perpetual Inventory, carrying out thorough investigations into any stock discrepancies and reporting the results and root causes to the Stock & Systems Managers.
By monitoring stock processes to ensure the control of materials and stock inventory, you will help to minimise any sales or financial impact, whilst also ensuring that products are returned to stock in timely manner. You will be responsible for logging IT queries that arise, and periodic audits of hardware, escalating any issues to the Stock and Systems Managers in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will complete all administrative tasks including ISC, Online and Stock moves on time to meet SLAs. You will also be responsible for processing Online, Retail, Wholesale and Production Returns.
If you are someone who thrives in an environment where you are encouraged to use your initiative in providing the best practical and friendly support to your stakeholders and are comfortable working autonomously in a role that will provide you with invaluable exposure of our diverse business, then this is a great opportunity for you.
Shift Pattern: operating on a rotating weekly shift pattern of 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm.
As well as a competitive salary and a range of company benefits including enhanced maternity and paternity leave and Company pension contributions, you’ll receive 50% discount on all products, and a 70% discount for you and your guests when you stay at our Rabot Estate hideaway on the paradise island of Saint Lucia.
The on-site location for this role is at our Distribution Centre ‘Alpha’, in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. Whether it’s a bustling event, online order or keeping our store shelves fully stocked, our team at Alpha provide the support network that makes this happen.
Alpha is just off the A1 (Wyboston Interchange) and 3.4 miles from St Neots train station.
