Based at our Tyre Warehouse & Distribution facility, the Stock Control Manager plays a vital role responsible for the leadership of the department and a small team of Stock Controllers, who in turn ensure that the right products are received, stored and accounted for accurately, in order to reach our customers in a timely fashion. This is an excellent opportunity to join the site leadership team.

What you will be doing

• Providing inspiring leadership to your team of colleagues, who specialise in Stock & Inventory Management, Stock Investigations, PI checking, Booking goods into stock, stock or returns investigations, customer orders, progress chasing, report generation
• Working closely with internal and sometimes external customers to resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Leading the team through quarterly stock & inventory checks, producing accurate and timely reporting and management information
• Continually improving accuracies, operations, processes, promoting best practice, reducing waste and cost from all areas possible
