JOB SUMMARY:
Due to the continued success of the business, we are now seeking a Technical Operations Support to join our residential team.
The Technical operations support will be responsible for overseeing key functions within our residential division, including stock control, dealing with customers post install to assist with issues, scheduling appointments for maintenances operative and providing general administrative support as needed.
Our projects typically include Solar PV systems of all sizes. Reporting to the Residential Operations Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Project co-ordinator, sub-contractors, and our suppliers to ensure successful delivery of each project.
The role can be based in either Dublin or Tullamore and some hybrid working options can be discussed
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in stock management software or systems.
- Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Experience with scheduling jobs and calendar management, dealing with customers and contractors and liaising between the two to set appointments.
- Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting processes and a willingness to learn and improve.
Responsibilities:
- Stock Management in and out
- Conduct regular audits and manage stock discrepancies
- Setting customers up on in-house CRM
- Carry out monthly stock take with contractors (site visits may be required from time to time)
- Schedule appointments with customers for maintenance call outs
- General admin support where needed
- Annual leave cover
