Stock Coordinator - KSA

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious contracting partner for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.
Under the guidance of Stores and Warehousing Manager, stock coordinator will have to manage over all store operations including material follow up, inventory/ stock handling and coordination with internal client and purchase department.

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office – MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy

• Correct use of machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
• Correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company and ensure it complies with departmental employees.
• Do not remove any safety devices from any machinery or installations.
• Perform all tasks set forth by safety regulations and cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and conditions that do not pose any risks in terms of health and safety.
• Follow the company’s recycling process, ensuring proper disposal of office consumables to help the environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 is an advantage.
