REQUIREMENTS
- Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify trends and make recommendations for stock updates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to adjust hours and assist during peak seasons when the business is busier.
- Prior experience in stock management, purchasing, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained efficiently to meet the demands of our hospitality operations. This position requires strong organisational skills and a commitment to keeping up to date with the latest trends to excite our customers.
While this is a flexible part-time position, it is essential that the Stock Manager is available to adjust their hours during busier peak seasons to meet the needs of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitor stock usage, and identify when replenishments are required.
- Order Placement: Liaise with suppliers to order and restock items, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Trend Analysis: Research and identify new and popular items to keep our arcade offerings fresh and appealing.
- Organisation: Keep stock areas neat and well-organised, making it easy to locate items and conduct stock takes.
- Record Keeping: Use spreadsheets and inventory management tools to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the business owner and arcade staff to anticipate stock needs and align with operational goals.
