Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

To manage and control stock (raw material and finish goods), by maintaining accurate stock records within Greencore systems and third-party warehouses, to maintain the quality of the products cost efficiently and deliver in line with customer needs.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the stock management team
  • Oversee and audit to ensure the effectiveness of stock control processes
  • Manager efficient flows of stocks and stock transactions, ensuring stock integrity
  • Maintain a state of perpetual audit-readiness for all audits
  • Collate, analyse and present reports to the commercial team
  • Identify and communicate all failures of finished goods stock flow and put corrective processes in place
  • Publish plans to all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that supply constraints are known and managed in advance
  • Act as point of contact for all raw materials and finished goods queries (internal and customer)
  • Monitoring new launch information, product volume planning
  • Work closely alongside the profit protection team
