Your Role at Baxter

• Promote a safe work environment
• Delegate, direct, coordinate and schedule activities of assigned employees/contractors
• Act as a process expert to their assigned area
• Train and mentor other employees/contractors
• Use Maximo to create, complete and close Inventory transactions
• Assist as needed in stockroom activities such as receiving and helping attendants as required
• Manage and ensure warehouse area meets department standards
• Use forklift and narrow aisle lift to move and store inventory
• Lead and participate in safety meetings with personnel
• Count and maintain inventory accuracy
• Learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
