JOB DESCRIPTION:

• L3 storage system administration NetApp
• L3 Backup administration using Commvault
• Installs, configures and manages SANFibre Channel Switches from Brocade and Cisco;
• Reviews Customers Storage Infrastructure and provides detailed analysis of health, utilization and performance inputs;
• Performs analysis, troubleshoots and resolves all major outages occurred in the environment, perform problem analysis and record detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA);
• Sets up DR sites to protect production environments in line with customers RTO and RPO SLA;
• Configures and manages Snapshots, Clones, Local and Remote Replication for Data Protection;
• Performs capacity, connectivity and performance issues on Storage Systems;
• Performs reliable, secure backup and recovery across the enterprise in accordance with company policy and procedures;
• Creates and updates documentation for backup procedures, solutions, licensing and applicable project artifacts;
