• Support IT escalation management through effective communication about service performance, updates, and changes.
• Assist in resource planning activities, considering the capacity and availability required for each service.
• Carry out continuous analysis of requirements to understand the impact on our existing product.
• Develop and execute test strategies and plans.
• Evaluate system-wide impacts of requirements on architecture.
• Strictly adhere to architecture and security guidelines, promoting compliant and secure product development.
