MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE N Level or higher
  • Forklift license
  • Computer literate
  • Highly motivated, hard-working and results-oriented candidates
  • Ability to work under pressure and work overtime meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to grow with a fast-growing organizing
  • Preferably with 1 year related working experience in a warehouse or/and admin jobs.

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF ROLE

In this role, you will support the warehouse/logistics department in handling day-to day activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • GRN management – Ensure GRN generation within 2 working days upon receipt
  • Receiving Issue Log Management – Follow up and ensure buyer close it on time to close the GRN
  • Inventory take-in and picking
  • NPR Management – Follow and ensure SCM clear the NPR ontime
  • Forklift loading – unloading
  • Ensure good housekeeping, overall cleanliness of and safe working conditions in the warehouse
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
