• Follow recipes and prepare different types of cakes, donuts, scones, muffins etc
• Ensure quality and consistency of products by performing quality checks
• Decorate cakes, donuts and muffins with creativity and precision
• Packaging and pricing of products
• Traying up of frozen products for baking and running ovens
• Ensure bakery cabinets, shelves and racks are appropriately stocked and faced
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Adhere to all food safety and health and safety rules
• Take customer orders and handle customer enquires
• Learn how to do daily dough and cake production
• Maintain a clean and tidy bakery, this includes cleaning of the Bakery daily
• You may also be required to work in other areas within the store
  Please note, this is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. This role will include early starts and at least one weekend day (Sunday). Hours will be discussed during the interview process.
