We are looking to welcome Store Assistant’s to join our fantastic Sales, Customer Services, Checkouts, IKEA Food & Warehouse team here at IKEA Glasgow.

Responsibilities:
- Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs and offering informed solutions using your knowledge of the IKEA product range.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully stocked area, ensuring IKEA’s basic merchandising standards are always in place to enhance the shopping experience.
- Actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best home furnishing solutions and/or food options.
- Create a positive customer experience to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other functions to support and enhance the overall customer experience.
Checkouts & Customer Relations:
- Provide efficient and accurate checkout and returns experiences, working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
