Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help contribute to the store’s overall success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and as part of a team.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing stock.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for retail.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering product information and recommendations.
• Operate the checkout, handling cash, card transactions, and processing returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor, ensuring products are attractively displayed and easily accessible.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and organizing the stockroom.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional attitude.
• Promote current sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support in-store promotional activities and events.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
