WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a charismatic Store Associate who will join our fantastic team at AVESTAN.

You will deliver the highest standards of customer service by following the AVESTAN experience and contributing to a teamwork environment positively, pleasantly, and effectively.

  • This is a part-time role 30 hours per week (4 days)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • A minimum of two / three years of experience, in the luxury industry, is highly desirable and ideally, within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and basic math skills
  • Strong Time Management and ability to customize clients’ journeys with confidence.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting the Brand’s vision through excellent service.
  • Introduce Avestan’s story to inspire customers with our store’s unique experience.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards of cleanliness and organization while maintaining store VM.
  • Ensure databases and customer profiles are up-to-date and contain accurate and relevant data aligning with GDPR.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns, and assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new employees.
  • Responsible for the store opening/closing procedures.
  • Manage customer feedback and queries and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures (e.g. loss prevention, safety standards, returns)
  • Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Store Management
  • Participate in inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date.
  • Operate POS and complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Perform operational duties such as cash handling, restocking, replenishing products
