JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a proactive approach to upselling products.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with product sales techniques, including upselling
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders.
