JOB REQUIREMENT: -

• SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree.
• Preferably candidate with 2 years or above of real estate experience, however we will consider those without experience.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to write simple reports in English.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Good communication skills

  Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)

• Identify, locate or propose potential sites for a new outlet.
• Conduct market mapping and survey on the potential sites. (i. Demographic, ii. Traffic of the area)
• Research the Tenant Mix.
• Prepare and facilitate documentation pertaining to securing sites.
• Coordinate potential site visits with project team.
• Negotiate tenancy terms with owners/ landlord.
• Good communications and connections with the tenants/ landlords.
• Liaise with project team for the renovation and signage installation.
• Work closely with Operation, Construction, Legal to ensure sites secured are fit to Company requirement.
• Attend outlets opening.
• Perform any tasks as assigned.
