IKEA Bäckebol is now looking for a Store Graphic Communication Leader. Maybe you’re the one we’re looking for?
We are looking for you, a strong leader with a creative mind, who loves and has the ability to inspire and engage people around you. You are passionate about leadership, graphic design, home furnishing and about customers’ lives at home. You are excited and curious about how to help the customers feel inspired to create and buy great home furnishing solutions through graphic communication when visiting the store.
As a person you are prestigeless, open minded and driven. You are creative and curious and enjoy working operational as well as strategical and you express yourself well in both Swedish and English.
Since this is a position with personnel responsibility you have previous work experience of leading, coaching and developing other people, preferably from IKEA or from another operational retail business. You are a strong leader and relationship builder. Through coaching, encouragement and inspiration you make people want to develop both themselves and the business. You’re excellent at involving others and making great and innovative things happen through your co-workers.
Formal training within graphic design, communication or related areas is nice, but not a need. However, some kind of competence within the area is a must, but your experience and knowledge could either be self-taught or gained from formal training - or of course – both and. The most important thing is that you have a great interest in graphic design, photo, people and home furnishing and that you want to develop your knowledge even further together with us at IKEA.
Last but not least you want to be on a journey to develop IKEA on the local market through graphic communication and you are not afraid to try on new ideas.

• to plan and execute strong communication that fits the layout of the store to secure an excellent buying experience for the IKEA customer.
• to secure planning processes, timelines and budgets.
• to develop and lead your team through togetherness, encouragement and good communication.
• to collaborate and work closely together with other functions such as Sales, Logistics, Food and Customer Experience on a daily basis securing that the customer finds inspiration and home furnishing knowledge throughout the store
