Job Description
As the Store Interior Tactical Buyer, you are responsible for the running performance of a portfolio of Non-Commercial Goods (NCG). Partnering with our strategic buyers to enable the running operations and driving improvements by setting up relevant supply control parameters and master data, acting on escalated operational issues and coordinating reuse products

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. Responsibilities:
- Set up, monitor and adjust supply forecasts to shape demand.
- Analyse key figures and conduct product phase in and out.
- Conduct RFI’s, RFQ’s within the strategic guidelines of the strategic buyer.
- Set up corresponding contracts in NCG (Non-Commercial Goods) ordering systems
- Coordinate reuse interior components securing quality and delivery on time.
- Resolve escalated operational issues (e.g. supply, payment, disputes)
- Oversee delivery time plans and project lead times.
- Collaborate closely with strategic buyers, NCG Coordinators and group purchasing teams to follow up on supplier performance goals and KPI’s
- Maintain professional relationships with Global Teams to secure best quality, price, and service
- Provide input and feedback for stakeholders and drive products to optimise price and quality.
- Drive and participate in project and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and new compliance initiatives aligning with group
- Discover and act upon potential cost savings and value improvements, through fact-based analysis

- Experience within a buying role, ideally with experience buying store interior goods or a supply chain background.
- Comfortable analysing complex and extensive data sets (e.g. Excel) to support business decisions.
- Ability to see the big picture and understand long term plans and link to medium- term perspective.
- Good understanding of external business relations and strong sense of business ethics and integrity
