Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Leader to join the team at Lorna Jane Geelong store.
Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane Brand, strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
As Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.
Day in the Life
- Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Recruit, train, develop and succession plan your team – we love to promote from within!
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Roster your team in line with store trading
