QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within a high-value, big-ticket item environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
