Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships.
- Ensure the smooth running of the store and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Promote the brand’s unique selling points and core values to drive success.
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations.
- Drive profitability and sales turnover by implementing effective processes and controls.
- Collaborate with Senior and Area Managers, providing updates and insights as needed.
