We are looking for a Store Manager for our Antwerp store , join us!
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and management experience, preferably in luxury retail environment, proven track record in building a strong team and managing a store with successful results
- Higher Education Degree or University degree (e.g., bachelor’s) in a related field
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and our customer base
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members
- Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills: effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- A proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences
- Fluency in Dutch and English ; additional languages (ex. French) are a plus
