Are you ready to make a difference? We’re currently hiring for our next Store Manager at our Tauriko Retail store for a Fixed Term period of 7 months.

The WHAT?
This opportunity is for 40 Hours per week working Monday to Friday

As a Store Manager of this location, you will

• Run the daily operations of your store
• Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer’s needs
• Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified
• Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
