To meet the demands of this challenging role you will have proven experience of at least 3+ years in retail leadership, preferably in the petroleum industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving site sales, expenses, profitability, and meeting KPIs.
  • Adherence to strict store level accounting processes.
  • Contributing to all aspects of site operations, including, and not limited to, serving customers, merchandising and stock management, promotions and maintaining store standards.
  • Motivating, training, and developing site staff.
  • Ordering and maintaining balanced stock levels.
  • Managing staff planning and rostering.
