To meet the demands of this challenging role you will have proven experience of at least 3+ years in retail leadership, preferably in the petroleum industry.

You will be responsible for:
- Driving site sales, expenses, profitability, and meeting KPIs.
- Adherence to strict store level accounting processes.
- Contributing to all aspects of site operations, including, and not limited to, serving customers, merchandising and stock management, promotions and maintaining store standards.
- Motivating, training, and developing site staff.
- Ordering and maintaining balanced stock levels.
- Managing staff planning and rostering.
