The Role:
Canco is seeking a driven and strong-minded Site Manager to join our team at a Canco location within Windsor.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of Canco Gas Stations and Stores. The primary goal of the Site Manager is to ensure profitability of the site while providing excellent customer service as per Canco standards. You should be a team player that is ready to support, mentor, and train your team members!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the overall operations of the gas station.
  • Monitor and manage fuel inventory levels.
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Recruitment, development, training, and supervision of all staff.
  • Implement and ensure adherence of all site/employee safety protocols.
  • Schedule employee shifts and manage staffing levels.
  • Resolve employee issues and conflicts.
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station.
  • Monitor and manage daily cash and sales transactions.
  • Oversee the ordering and receiving of fuel and other merchandise.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
  • Monitor and control losses due to theft.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
  • Prepare and submit reports to upper management as required.
  • Identify and communicate market opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations.
