QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of store management experience preferably in consumer electronics.
- 5+ years of people management experience including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
- Outstanding track record meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Motivate and inspire staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stellar communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow through and execution.
- High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
- Expert consumer electronics product knowledge.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve all store sales and profit contribution objectives including overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
- Manage store performance tracking.
- Establishing and maintaining the Company culture within the store through personally demonstrating and reinforcing the Company Guiding Principles.
- Achieving results that exceed Company minimum standards in all store operational areas including staff training and development, the customer experience, loss prevention, turnover and safety, housekeeping, and team professionalism.
- Develop staff so that at all times at least one subordinate is ready for promotion.
