Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Retail Management Team to oversee all aspects of the store. Reporting to the Area/State Manager, your role will ensure operational excellence, achieve sales targets, foster financial growth, and maintain the highest standards of service. You will:
- Provide outstanding leadership to the team.
- Manage operational tasks such as rostering, inventory VM, reporting, recruitment, training and coaching.
- Drive sales and exceed KPI targets.
- Cultivate a culture aligned with Nine West values.
- Identify and resolve loss prevention issues.
- Uphold policy and procedure compliance.
