Store Manager

Klass Ladies Wear, requires a Manager for its exciting new store opening late February 2025 within Findon Vale Garden Centre.
As the successful candidate, you must be someone who is passionate about retail, has sales experience and is motivated by a new challenge.
Klass Ladies Wear was established in 1985 and now trades in over 150 locations including standalone stores and concessions throughout the UK. They have a fantastic range of stylish and sophisticated yet affordable and coordinated ladies fashion.
As the store manager, you must have experience in retail management, be passionate and motivated by a new challenge. You will have strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills as well as previous experience in retail.
You will be responsible for maintaining customer service levels, cash handling, monitoring and increasing sales performance and promoting loyalty schemes including arranging displays to VM guidelines. You will also drive the team to deliver results through proactive coaching and development of the team.

Your key strengths will be :

• A passion for women’s clothing with a strong commercial approach;
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service;
• Excellent people management and development skills;
• A proven track record of delivering results in a commercial environment;
• 4 or 5 days a week including the majority of Saturdays and peak sale periods.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
