Store Manager

Our current Store Manager has decided to seek new opportunities outside of Georg Jensen and we are looking for a new Store Manager for our store in Kastrup Airport. The store employs approximately 4 part-time and 5 full-time employees, and we are looking for an experienced people manager.
The ideal candidate has a passionate and enthusiastic personality, with a proven record of accomplishment within retail sales, customer service and operational standards. If you fit this profile, then you might be just the Store Manager we are looking for. The position reports to Area Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales objectives and other retail goals set by the company
• Daily people management and motivating the team to provide high level service to customers
• Execution, planning, and coordination of daily operations and in-store activity
• Stock management and optimization
