JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a passion for retail management.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in store management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong recruiting and interviewing skills to attract top talent.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software.
  • Excellent supervising skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
  • A background as a clerk is beneficial for understanding retail operations.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
  • Recruit, interview, and train new staff members to build a high-performing team.
  • Supervise daily activities of employees to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory tracking.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Foster a positive shopping environment by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage scheduling and time management for staff to optimize productivity.
